Our referral process is simple and rewarding. When you refer someone to Logan Services and they choose us for a new heating and cooling system or water heater installation, you earn a Visa gift card. It’s our way of thanking you for spreading the word about our trusted, professional service in Dayton, Columbus, and Cincinnati.
You can refer as many people as you’d like—and you don’t need to worry about complicated steps or tracking systems.
To receive referral rewards, you must be a current or past Logan Services customer. That includes anyone who has had a:
HVAC installation or replacement
HVAC service or maintenance visit
Water heater installation or replacement
Whether we installed your AC last summer or you recently had a seasonal tune-up, you’re eligible to participate in the program.

Current and past Logan Services customers are eligible to receive referral rewards. This includes anyone who has had an HVAC installation, replacement, or service/maintenance visit, as well as water heater installations, replacements, as well as other plumbing services.
Referral rewards apply to new installations of HVAC systems and water heaters. We offer $200 for qualifying HVAC installs and $100 for qualifying water heater installs.
You can refer someone by filling out our online referral form or by having them mention your name when they call to schedule their installation. Our team will ask how they heard about us to ensure we track your referral.
Referral rewards are mailed directly from our office once the installation is complete and processed. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.
While we welcome all referrals, the reward program only applies to new system and water heater installations.
Yes. Standard, tankless, and hybrid water heater installations all qualify for the $100 referral reward.
