Meet Our 2025 Winner
We received hundreds of entries from all over the Dayton area! And now we can finally announce the winner of the FREE Trane furnace…
Congratulations to Janet Dorman of Tipp City!
Janet’s current furnace was 20 years old and on its last leg. Making sure your home’s HVAC system is efficient is important, and that is why we are always excited to give new, efficient systems away!
Janet’s Story
Not only was Janet interested in the giveaway due to her need for a new furnace, but also because she and her family are huge UD fans!
In her entry, Janet stated, “I have been going to UD games since I was 6 years old. Our girls are also Flyers fans. They have been going since they were babies. My parents have also had season tickets since 1965. They had 8 children so we had to take turn going to the games. My 87-year-old mom still attends the games. We currently have at least 10 family members attend each game!”
The Logan Services team has enjoyed getting to know Janet and her family during this process. While we were out at the Dorman home assessing the furnace replacement job scope, we also noticed that the family’s AC unit was of age and condition of replacement, so we informed Janet that not only would she be receiving a FREE furnace, but we would also be leveling up her home comfort with a FREE Trane air conditioner!

When we arrived at Janet’s home to install her new furnace and AC system, her excitement and gratitude did not go unnoticed. One of the best parts of hosting these giveaways is seeing how happy and thankful our winners are! We are so excited to know that the Dorman family will be comfortable for many years to come with their new Trane furnace and air conditioner!
