The family started with just a few employees who were dedicated to offering quality HVAC service and installation. Customers were pleased with the performance and craftsmanship of the newest Dayton HVAC provider, and they shared their experience with neighbors, friends, and family members. The team at Logan Services continued to grow, and by the year 2000, it was time for new leadership. In 2001, the Meyer family acquired the company with the intent to keep the company operating as a local, family-owned business that residents in Dayton and its surrounding communities could continue to depend on year after year.
Today, Logan Services A/C, Heat & Plumbing is proud to call Dayton its home, and its company headquarters remains located in Dayton.

“Salesperson Nicholas was able to answer all of my questions completely, was not pushy, explained everything. Was able to install a week ahead of schedule. Installers Bobby and Clay were courteous and professional. Stayed late to finish the job. The system that was replaced was an 80% efficient system, the new system is a 99% efficient system I’m hopeful to see some energy savings but won’t know until after I get my first couple of statements this review is being completed one day after the install. The new system is very quiet compared to my old system.”

“From beginning to end, great service from Logan Services! My initial planning discussion and estimate was with Ryan. We sat down together and talked through the different options for the mini-split unit I wanted installed in my master bedroom. Since I had already researched the different manufacturers, it was an easy progression of talking through the options and alignment on pricing. I had requested estimates from two other companies, but Logan Services came in a little less expensive and was tied with overall professionalism and quality, the least of which was noted by reading through lots of reviews. Tony and Dan did my install, which took about 8 hrs including breaks/lunch, etc. Both explained what they were doing at each step, and they asked me throughout if I had any questions. They cleaned up as they worked, and left the place in great shape. I appreciate the service and the quality, and will recommend Logan Services in the future!”
